[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #16 issued to K3IU

Congratulations to Ken Wagner, K3IU, of Portsmouth, RI.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2, #920, running 5-watts. Ken check and discovered that he
had work all the states in the 2000 ARRL November Sweepstakes contest. 
WAS Certificate #16 was issued to him.
