I have used this logging software by n3fjp. You can try it for 45 days  
before you buy it (costs only 15.00 to register). Newest version allows you 
to track 3 fields of your choice (I use fists# in one). Click on "Calculate" 
and it totals your states, countries, etc.

PS - I also like his contest logging software - simple programs dedicated to 
individual contests work best for me.
