Oops, sorry folks.  sent a message without text.

Eric, perhaps you can include in that PDF the index as well.  Don't change
it any, just the index as it stands but added to the operating manual.  That
way we have a way to look things up.

I don't have the K2 Manual handy but would the TOC be helpful as well?

(Eric, I don't want to make a bunch of work for you.  Sorry.)
