[Elecraft] K2 power output tests at low supply voltages

The problem with the battery was that it gave out 10 or more volts in rx
mode and 8-9 Volts when transmitting with 5W (as measured by the K2), so
as a receiver it was just fine.

I am waiting for the mods kits to appear, that diode and the new BFO
inductor are on my list of wanted modifications.
