[Elecraft] Transmitter alignment, no output on 80 and 20 mtrs, high/low currents, solution found

Hi all,

Thanks Tom, Peter and Rich for your helpful advice. I checked L16 and L17 
first. L17 looked suspicious, so resoldered it. No luck.
After desoldering L16 I found out that one of the leads was not stripped 
well enough. Fixed this and there it was: 2.3 watts at 1 ampere.
Now on to the final assembly and all the extra's.
