[Elecraft] Need a kit builder -- FOUND!!

This story warms my heart from half way around the world.  In a time 
when we face traumas that were unthinkable just five years ago, here is 
a shining example of generosity that lifts the gloom.  Lyle is a light 
upon the hill.
