[Elecraft] Low Battery warning

That's just the sort of thing I was writing another op about who is
trying to find a low-sensitivity problem after installing some mods.
It's so EASY to do something quite accidental that has nothing to do
with what you were doing in the rig.

That particular problem has turned up so often that I understand
Elecraft will be replacing that switch with a jumper to make it harder
to accidentally hit it while working inside the K2
