[Elecraft] Transmitter alignment, no output on 80 and 20 mtrs, high/low currents

Hi all,

After completing the K2, I went on with the alignment procedures. 
Everything looks as it should, except for the readings of power and current 
for the 80 and 20 meter band.
I followed the procedures on page 74, all bands, except 80 and 20, give me 
readings of about 2 watts output against 0.9-1.2 Amps current.
For 80 meters I got 0.1 watts against 4 Amps, adjusting L3 or L4 gives no 
change. Now I am in the process of investigating the 80 mtr bandpass filter 
parts.
For 20 meters I got 0.1 watts against 300 mAmps, but after two days of 
keeping myself busy with other things, a second attempt was made. Now I got 
2.3 watts against 1.4 Amps. I will watch closely how these readings will 
change during the next test period.

Does anyone have any specific idea's on the 80 meter problem?
