[Elecraft] Can't hear the internal birdie while in CW

Completed several mods including the 14 XTAL replacement and I can no =
longer hear the internal birdie while in CW. Do hear it in either LSB or =
USB. Where do I start looking for the problem? CW signals seem to be =
much lower in CW mode then when hearing them in USB or LSB mode.
