[Elecraft] KPA-100 Assembly questions

Hi Friends:

I'm building the 100W amplifier option for the K2, and ran into the rare
occurrence of a missing instruction or two.

I'm on the manual page 28, right column, at the top.

I've found the rear panel, but there's no instruction about the green film
attached to its inside. Do I just cut out the holes with an X-Acto blade? Or
do I strip the green film off completely? Or something else?

And, is the picture on the top of page 29 showing the rear panel with the
lettering TOWARD me, that is, making the words UPSIDE DOWN?
