[Elecraft] Ceramic Tip Alig. Tool

At work we used to use ceramic alignment tools for very small Johanson caps
(not the tool from morsex) and found they were too fragile. We finally went
back to metal tips. The tip itself is very small and doesn't affect the
capacitor value.
For the K2 adjustments, I use one from Spectrol
(http://www.vishay.com/document/57015/57015.pdf). It's useful for caps and
pots and it's very rugged. I don't know the cost, but they're not expensive
and sometimes the reps will give you one for free.
An inexpensive tuning tool can be made by filing a blade on the end of a
plastic knitting needle.
