Hi David,

You're probably close enough with the small added capacitor at C174, and this
won't affect performance.

To do BFO alignment, you need a range of at least 4913.1 to 4916.0. You'll be OK
if you're close to this minimum range. We indicate a slightly wider range in the
manual (4912.7 to 4916.3) to allow for an uncalibrated 4-MHz oscillator on the
Control board. 

If you find that you can't do BFO alignment as indicated in the instructions
(page 60), then you should request a new set of crystals.
