[Elecraft] USB FL4 problem after installing BFO and filter xtals

EASY FIX!

Write down the settings for each of your filters. All those for LSB should 
group around a (relatively) similar value, while those for USB should group 
around a similar (but HIGHER) value.

It's a 99.9% probablility you have your USB FL4 set (close) to the value 
you'll have found for LSB FL4...!  Just move the BFO to the OTHER side of 
the xtal filter.
