Ken,

This is the first time I've heard of such a problem. How did you determine that
it was intermittent? Do you know which pin is not making contact? It could be a
defective male or female connector, or you could have a near-short or near-open
in the backshell which becomes a real open or short when the backshell is
tightened down.
