I apologize if this is a repeated posting. Apparently my last three emails
to the list were lost due to a major denial of service hacking attack on the
qth.net list manager over the last three days.

We had a mix up in production implementing an ECO (Engineering change order)
that occurred during our first kit run last week. (Someone entered the
change incorrectly into our computerized bill of material system..) We have
mailed the longer 5/16" screws and the 34 0.1 uf caps to ALL the KAT100
customers we shipped last Thursday and Friday. 

By the way, it is possible to mount the SO239 antenna connectors with the
3/16" screws, just a lot tighter fit. (I did it this way on my KAT100). If
you can't make it fit though, just leave off the lock washers temporarily to
get everything mounted.

We apologize for the mix up! Fortunately we 100% checked our stock on Monday
and everything shipping this week should be OK.
