[Elecraft] Revision & mod status of K2 options

Hallo!

Now that the updated K2 is out, and the QRO
final stage and ATU are being shipped, I have
started to think seriously about building a 
second K2 with all the goodies. My current
K2 is serial number 885 and most of the 
options in it are of the same age.

This has also got me wondering about the 
revision status of the options, i.e. which
modifications have been added or will be
added soon by Elecraft to the KSB2, KAF2,
K160RX, KAT2, KI02, KBT2, and KNB2.

I assume the KPA100 and KAT100 are still 
a bit new for a revision.
