You could do it with an external keyer, assuming the keyer won't
be hurt by this: use a single-lever paddle. Connect common and 
the dot line to the normal keyer input. Connect the common and the 
dash line in parallel with the keyer output line. (Don't want to
use an iambic paddle in case you press them both and short the 
output.) That ought to work. 

I suggested it as a firmware mod for the K1 earlier this year.
Could help you stand out in DX pileups. ;-)
