[Elecraft] How to cut board traces and remove a segment with care

Over the years, I have had to modify commercial equipment up to large
mainframe computer boards, of a super computer.

One thing that works for the masked boards that are hard to cut and peel is
to use a blunt tip soldering iron to heat the segment after cutting the
trace either side.  Usually, this will weaken the copper adhesive and the
strip can be teased up with the Xacto knife blade or needle nose jewelers
size pliers.
