[Elecraft] Sinewave Sidetone Mod

[Sverre Holm - LA3ZA]

I may be the source of this misunderstanding about the sidetone mod. I
did not see the 82 mH inductor in the new shematic as I updated the mods
list.  I am sorry fo the confusion, but now it is there.
