[Elecraft] VCO alignment, question

Hi all,

Just got into the alignment of the VCO of K2 no.2915. All voltage readings 
in table 6-1 are within limits, except for 7300 kHz, which is 8.32 Volt.
Other voltages are between 2.347 and 6.99 Volt.
Tried to bring down the 7300 voltage by trimming L30, but the value remains 
the same.
Checked components and all have the correct value. Recounted the turns on 
T5, also correct.
One thing that bothers me is that C75 is not mounted and there is no remark 
in the manual that this is correct (as with C76). I also can't find the 
step that says to mount C75.
Does anyone have an idea if the voltage reading is acceptable?
