  That's the GC Solder Popper.  I've got one and used it many times.  It is 
great; it really works.  As someone pointed out, however, it is not 
temperature controlled, so you want to take care.  Tin the tip well and 
make sure its clean when you put it down on the pad.  Allow it to dwell for 
a second or so after you see the solder start to melt -- and hit the 
button.  Frequently the component lead is able to be moved by hand right 
away.  If the lead was leaning on one side of the pad hole, however, it may 
still have a small amount of adhesion to there.  Just use your regular iron 
to heat and push the lead from the side to the center of the hole, and 
you're done.
