[Elecraft] BFO and PLL Circuit Mods

I find this mod kit to be one of Elecraft's best mods and highly recommend 
it.  The VFO drift has been dramatically reduced.  Before making this mod my 
VFO would drift around 130 Hz before settling down.  After completing the mod 
today I tuned in WWV and found the drift over a 5 to 6 hour span to be about 
30Hz.  Eric and Wayne, you have done great things again!!  I have not put in 
the R19 220 ohm resistor on the bottom side of the RF board between pins 7 
and 8 of RP2.  Thanks to Tom for making the revised download available.  I 
have copied it and will add R19.  
For those who have K2s below serial number 3000 and purchase the KAT100, you 
will get a new K2 MCU v2.03 and a new I/O Controller chip v1.07.  Be sure to 
write down your K2 parameters before removing these chips.  I DIDN'T and had 
to go through the all day agony of resetting everything (except CAL FIL info 
which I had).  I will look and see what the addition of R19 does.  My K2 
works so good now I hardly want to go back in to add it, but I will.  Roy
