I have replaced the transistor that you suggested and checked both of them
and they both tested good so it is something else causing the problem I did
verify the crystals and both are the correct ones both diodes are correct
everything looks good but I still get a reading of 3.44 as my variation not
the 3.6 and definitly not the between 4 and 6 like the manual says. I am
lost
