[Elecraft] PLL & BFO Toroid Mods

I received the PLL & BFO toroid mod kit today and was hoping to finish it
tonight and do some initial tests, but I got sidetracked -- 3XY7C in the
Republic of Guinea was coming in 579 on 160m here on the west coast and
snagged him for #183 on Topband.  Yippee!!

Over the weekend I'll put my K2 through its paces and hopefully find that
the PLL and BFO drift problems are trivial compared to what they were
before.
