[Elecraft] The Comments on Rev B

I think the main point about the Rev B comments has been missed.  A lot them 
have 
focused on a kind of neurotic perfectionism on the part of those that can't 
abide by
knowing that the MODS are there, even though they are covered.  I must admit 
being afflicted by this same malady.  Fortunately, I have not even started 
assembly yet.

IMHO, it is more than that.  It is extra, more difficult work.  Not THAT much 
harder,
but still more of a hassle and not nearly so enjoyable as the step-by-step, 
orderly
assembly of a fine instrument like the K2.  The smell of burning rosin is not 
nearly so
sweet as then.  Anal retentive?  Probably.

Bottom line. If I had an inkling in July that there would be a Rev B by the 
end of the year, I would have waited.  That's my rant for the rest of the 
year.
