I've built the WM-2 and was less happy.  It read wrong and I had to 
troubleshoot it. It turned out the calibration parameters at that time 
had not bee updated to reflect a component change, and the vendor fixed 
it for me with no hassle.  But I did not know that, going in, and found 
the mechanical assembly to make troubleshooting a nightmare.  Good meter 
now -- but if you build one, get it right the first time!
