[Elecraft] Mods et al

Banjo wires & Klingons are a fact of life, though best to avoid.

How they are done are the key.

In a past life, I was appalled at the amount of such "ooops" in multi-dozen USD
kilobuck professional b'cast equipment.

Thank goodness we don't need to attempt trace cuts inside multi-layer PCBs.

The beauty of amateur radio is it's multi-faceted nature & how we _all_ benefit
as a result of improvements that may come about due to what licks something
that dogs something we ourselves may not necessarily be so worried about.

Further, we are all lucky to have a vendor like Elecraft with its approach to
things in what is probably the worst segment of the consumer electronics
industry - another past life of mine.

Only wish I got one sooner & that I was home to enjoy it now. I also now
appreciate why some folks who are serious about their radios are so keen
about the K2...

Until the K3 comes out, this is the dog's bollocks & it just gets better.
