[Elecraft] International shippng on BFO MOD KIT is closer to $5

I just checked, and the on line order form is over estimating the
international shipping cost for BFO MOD KITS and other similar size mod
kits. ($21.40 is WAY high...) It estimates the rate based upon the
international parcel post rate when in fact we use regular international
letter rate for the parts we can fit in a small padded envelope. (If a lot
of parts are ordered we -are- forced to put everything in a small box and
use parcel post.)

In any case, the form is -only an estimate- and we are not charging that
much for international shipments of the BFO MOD KIT. In most cases
international shipping plus our handling cost is coming in around $5 to $7
if what you order fits in the padded envelope.

To summarize: If the order form estimate is way off we will always correct
the shipping charge before we ship and bill you.
