And I thought I had gotten in on the early bird special!

The part number is the same (and Wayne's message said the mod would
include the crystal).  I recall he was also considering a capacitor
change and thought maybe that was what the extra $3 was for. If the
crystal isn't included, I'll see if I can order it separately.
