Thank you for the clarification, Don. I was only initially reading the 
"highlights" of the mod. The bold part of point 1) for the mod should have 
said to "add a 47K ohm resistor in series with C24" instead of using "to 
the position of C24". I don't think I have the right inductor handy at the 
moment but I will put in the resistor.
