Hi All:
Well this has been an enjoyable experience for me.
After having been silent on the amateur bands for 
quite some time I took the plunge and built one of
Elecraft's K2 radios.
I applaud the designers of this radio as to its 
performance and simple user interface.  There's
a lot packed in there.  S/N 2630 worked its
first DX with just ten watts to a 40 meter
dipole only 15 feet off the ground.  And transmitting
on 20 meters to boot.  The antenna tuner is 
a miracle maker.  Again thanks to the guys 
at Elecraft for a really neat product.
