[Elecraft] KPA-100 under test

I hope I haven't had you folks scratching your heads too much!  My problem
was finger trouble.  Don't you just hate it when you have to own up to that!
Somehow whilst setting Fan HiLo and Fan Hi I managed to switch off the
KPA-100 in the menu.  For those that may be interested I can confirm that
the fan doesn't work when you do this.  Duh!

The KPA-100 is complete and producing a nice clean 100 W on all 9 bands.

Congratulations Wayne & Eric you've done it again.  Super job!
