[Elecraft] Rx comparison test with the K2

Folks,
I have a K2 and a Icom 746pro. I find the DSP noise reduction of the
746pro helpful when QRN is bad (usually 30 & 40m). The K2 is my
primary rig for CW work, which is about 95% of my radio activity. In
my case, with an attic antenna I can hear little difference between
the two when it comes to receiving weak signals.
The 746pro is a dandy piece of test equipment, you never know when
you might need a 100W signal generator, to send a signal half way
around the world! ;-) The Icom is also used on 2m to access local
repeaters, 6m CW & PSK, WX reports, and listening to Rockies
baseball on AM 850.
