I'd always relied on my oscilloscope for power measurements but used a
Vectronics Meter to check out my KPA100.    I was getting less power out as
the band went up with only 70W on 10M - then I checked the meter!  With my
scope, power was indeed 100W across all the bands...    So my question is:
Are you sure about your power measurement accuracy?   Just a thought...
