[Elecraft] Kenwood MC-60 Mic with K2?

I've been using a Kenwood handmike wiht my K2 since I built the KSB2 
early on.  It works fine.

Today I plugged my MC-60 deskmike into the rig, and the RX audio went away.

So it appears that the handmike and the MC-60 are wired just a bit 
differently (both work fine with my TS-570DG).

I bought the MC-60 used and do not appear to have its manual.  Clearly I 
can look in my 570's manual (now, where it that?) and see what is 
different re my K2 mike wiring -- and make the K2 match the 570.  But 
I'm guessing some other K2 user may have been down this path.

Any suggestions appreciated.
