No it doesn't.  Extra goes 14.000 - 14.350 as far as I'm concerned.  The
original posted stated he was qrv at 14.185.  The two license classes with
privs on that freq are advanced and extra.

None the less, if Fred wants to limit himself to talking to advanced or
extra class operators, that is his business.  I was just commenting that
none of the many, many general class operators could work him there.
