My first suggestion: Your antenna had a bad/high SWR on 80 meters (crazy
clickin' for 3 seconds), so you will not hear any signals without hit the
TUNE button. In the ATU/CALn mode the tuner is "off line" (without any C's
or L's), so your antenna is linked direct to the RX input. Please check
the SWR of your antenna on the 80 meter band with the built-in SWR meter
of the K2 (menu ATU -> 0.0-1).
