I had this project in mind to power the K2/100 needing about 18 amps. The=
 MFJ is very quiet. They advertise it as "NO RF HASH" and I agree I have =
3 of them and they work very well. =20

Why not use a linear supply? I personaly do not like switchers around HF
rigs. You can build a 5 amp linear supply with radio shack parts and save
the RFI.
