[Elecraft] Help needed: CT vs. K2

Trying to do final integration before taking the K2/100 down to 6Y2A for the WPX CW contest. We must use precisely CT 9.40 which doesn't know about the K2. When I follow the advice in the KIO2 manual and tell CT that I'm using a TS950, I get no frequency info from the K2 to CT. If I tell it I have a TS50, I do get frequency info. But with either setting, when I change bands it goes to xx.000 and forgets whether I use CW Rev on that band. This is not urgent as we will be Multi-Multi and not changing bands often. But if you understand what's going on and can explain it to me, I would appreciate it.
