Dear Marek,
My K2, s/n 2406 had similar problem. When checking with Elecraft Support =
it appeared that the IOC (RF-U1) was not correctly programmed. They send =
me another IOC and the problem was solved. Furthermore Scott King, =
AH6KL, said that unfortunately several K2 IOC's were not correctly =
programmed with their apologies. As your K2 s/n is close to mine I =
suspect you encountered  the same problem, incorrectly or not programmed =
IOC.=20

Don't forget (as I did) to force a Reset (holding down buttons 4,5 & 6) =
as you turn on the radio after replacing the IOC.
