[Elecraft] K1 non-auto tuning / KFL1-4 search

I've got a pre-built K1, with a KAT1. It is a fabulous
rig. It seems, though, that when I power up, the SWR
is 0.0:1 until I go through the tuning process, and I
must tune each band for a reading on that band. It's
not that big a deal, and I get a 1:1 with my wire on
both bands, but shouldn't it "auto-" tune?
Also - anyone know of a source for a built KFL1-4,
40-30-20-15? Thanks.
