[Elecraft] Appalachian Trail in PA Hike May 17, 18 &19

Hello,

 Well Ed, WA3WSJ and myself, WB3AAL (Ron), are planning to hike the
Appalachian Trail in PA on May 17, 18 &19. This will be a 21 mile hike over
two night. We will have our K1's with us. Ed will be on 40 and 20 m and I
will have 40, 30, 20 & 15 m. Look for us on Friday evening, Saturday morning
/ evening and Sunday morning on the QRP frequencies. I, WB3AAL, am going to
try something different. Look for me about 2 to 3 kHz. above the normal QRP
frequencies. There is no set times because this will be one of the toughest
areas we are hiking this year. So look for us after 19:00 or 20:00 UTC on
the air. Not sure what time we will be on the air in the morning but we will
be off by 13:00 UTC to start hiking.

 On Friday we plan on hiking out of Wind Gap, PA, for about 5 miles to a
shelter. Saturday we plan on doing between 10 to 15 miles. Sunday we have a
steep decline of about 1350 feet straight down into the Lehigh River valley
near Palmerton, PA.

 Hope to work you from the Appalachian Trail this weekend!!
