If the station is adjustable or non-adjustable.  Use a bigger tip.. will
allow more heat dissipation.

Just like the rules per say of current carrying conductors in a house.. 
a small conductor on 400Amps more likely house fire.

Hello to everyone,
 
I used a Weller WTCPT for soldering my K2 and accessories .I see in the =
KPA100 manual the final transistors must be soldered in with a higher =
wattage iron than what's used for assembling the rest of the unit.=20
What would be a good iron to purchase for this task?
