[Elecraft] Remote Mounting Kit for K2

With the release of the KPA100 I am seriously thinking of installing that
version in the car.  A remote mounting kit would be very nice to have, ie
the front panel to mount up front while the rest of the rig is in the
trunk.  It looks like this would be a very easy kit to create. 
Everything on the front panel with the exception of the On/Off switch
connects through the multi-pin connector on the botom of the Front Panel
board.  A replacement front panel with a blank panel and a cable plug
along with the matching multi-pin connector would be all that is needed. 
For the front panel a wrap around enclosure for the sides and back with a
matching plug for the multi-pin connector plus a cable plug and a 15 ft
or so multi-conductor cable and a bracket to mount the front panel with
would do it.
