Go to menu, sidetone-level, and hit display. Verify it's on the correct =
source. U6-25 or U8-4 if KIO2 installed.

Hello ,
   I need a little help figuring out what I did to lose
the sidetone.I don't hear anything when I go into
tune mode either.I am using a TenTec transverter
,which I just set up with the new 2.0 firmware.It
works great.I wanted to use cw on 6meters but no
sidetone,meters showing 8watts out on an external
wattmeter.Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks and 73,Guy kb3ckw
