[Elecraft] K-2 Full Menu/Function Listing

Has anyone ever posted a full command "tree" for the K2/firmware version 2.01?

Such a tree would include every button's "tap" vs "hold" function, as well 
as every menu entry, for every available module.

I say "tree" to take care of any of the 2-deep or 3-deep options, such as 
Primary/Secondary parameters (SPLT is a Secondary entry, with  2 possible 
values, e.g.)

I have the wonderful "Quick Reference Card" from the Builder Resources Page 
of elecraft.com.  It's a great piece of work, and goes everywhere my K2 goes.

If there's not such a complete "data dictionary" out there, does anyone 
besides me think it would be useful?  I'll be glad to give it a whack, if 
there's any interest...
