[Elecraft] Frequency correction

Finally getting around to putting in upgrades and fixes after replacing
bad X2 xtal in the VCO. I am now reading about 5Khz low on signals as
compared to various signal sources and two other rigs. Troubleshooting
points to the 4.000Mhz crystal,but adjustment of C22 is not enough to
bring it in. I have done the VFO linearization, but not the other filter
alignment. Maybe a nights sleep will help, but what is the most least
likely area to look at. The VCO frequency looks right at TP1.
