[Elecraft] Anderson Power Pole connectors

I have has this problem a few times. I results from not having the
metal insert crimped correctly. If the insert is too elongated it
does not seat properly.  When this happens I use the circular "die"
of the crimping tool reform the insert into a more circular shape.
That usally clears up the problem.
