[Elecraft] Microphone for K2

Plan on 600 Ohms. Dynamic works, but electret yeilds a bit more output, 
which the K2 is a bit short on to begin with.

Elecraft offers an Elecraft mic (MH2), I don't recall the price though I 
suspect it's available on their on-line order blank. It's a nice electret 
mic, made by Heil using the same (I think) element they use for their 
ICOM-specific mic.
