[Elecraft] Using W1AW as a frequency reference.

I see a few references on the reflector to the use of W1AW as a reference for setting frequencies.  Out of
curiosity I checked the frequencies of the 10 15 and 20 meter transmissions on 2/26/02.
28,067.487
21,067.469
and worst of all:
14,047.607  kHz
These are all + or - 1 Hz referenced to gps controlled Rb standard.  Visible doppler shift was of the same
order of magnitude.

So, better use WWV!
